Every trip on this page starts on the surface, in water you can stand up in, with an instructor holding your BCD until you are ready for them not to be. There is no swim test to pass beforehand and no certification to bring.
If you decide halfway through the week that you want the card after all, the fee you have already paid comes off the course. That is not a promotion - it is simply what the training was.
